Financial Summary
We are a conservatively financed church.
- We have two outstanding loans:
- The older loan was taken out in 2005 to finance a new roof on
our fellowship hall. The original loan amount was $208,000. As
of the end of 2007, the remaining balance was $139,385.50.
- A second, smaller loan, was taken out in 2007 to finance the
refurbishment of our narthex/gathering area. Originally for
$20,000, as of the end of 2007 this loan had been paid down to
$9,608.24.
- We own outright four parcels of land and three major
buildings. Our last mortgage payments were made in 2001.
- Our budget for 2007 was $158,000. We had $144,600 in
income and $142,600 in expenses.
- The 2008 budget is $158,200.
